3. Order Cancellation Conditions
3.1. If the Order Has Not Been Shipped Yet

As long as the order has not been shipped, the customer can request a cancellation using one of the following methods:

3.2. If the Order Has Been Shipped – Cancellation Before Receiving

8. Return Process and Review
