Distance Sales Agreement

1.2 BUYER

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of items, unit price, sales price, shipping cost, and payment information of the purchased products are shown to the BUYER before order confirmation and accepted by the BUYER who placed the order.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the products offered for sale on the SELLER's website, the sales price including all taxes, payment methods, delivery conditions, and all preliminary information, and that they have confirmed this electronically.

4.5 With the buyer's consent, the seller may supply a different product of equal quality and price.

4.6 If the product is unavailable or performance becomes impossible, the SELLER shall immediately inform the BUYER of the situation and within 10 days at the latest The buyer will be refunded their payment.

4.7 The product will not be shipped until payment is completed using the method chosen by the BUYER.

4.8 If the product price is not paid to the SELLER due to the wrongful use of the card without the BUYER's consent after delivery, the BUYER is obliged to return the product price within 3 days. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the BUYER.

4.9 If delivery cannot be made due to force majeure, extraordinary circumstances hindering transportation, or logistical obstacles, the SELLER will inform the BUYER of the situation. The BUYER;

• Opened food products (olives, olive oil, vinegar, etc.)

• Opened hygiene/cosmetic products (soap, cologne, etc.)

• Disposable products, software, and digitally copyable content.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS
